Doc
is very stocky and wide between his legs with an unusually pretty head with a perfect bite.
His spots are dark brown with a few gray spots on his legs. His 'medicine hat' marking even
looks like it ties under his throat latch. Click here for another photo of this baby's sire,
Circle C Hilite who he
very much so resembles.

Bow
was born on her mom's birthday...no wonder she is the spittin' image of her...but even better.
She was expertly delivered by Julia and Rhonda Vaughn while they were house-sitting for
us when we were away attending Wayne Lyon's Seminar in Texas. A big 'Thank-You' to both
of them for delivering the best spotted jennet ever born on this farm! Sorry, but Bow is
not for sale!

Red
Ray is named after the most remarkable woman that has ever entered my life...my Mother!
Her name was Imagene Ray but all her friends called her Red Ray. This very special jennet
is named "Ima Red Ray" in honor of my red-headed Mother! Don't worry...my Mother
would be very flattered! I can hear her laughing now...when she laughed it sounded like
little bells ringing.

Grand Dam: MW Heidi, 31" Very Dark Brown w/nlp
Charm's
dam, My World Holly, was purchased over three years ago in partners with one of my very
dearest friends, Mary Hubbard. Holly was in foal and Mary was to get Holly and I was to
get the baby. Of course, we were hoping for a jennet. Holly foaled a nice little dark brown
jack that year. Mary insisted that I keep Holly and try again. This time we bred her to
our little jack, Pepper. Once again Holly foaled a dark brown jack..this one we named Chaps,
My Ass! Mary talked me into trying one last time...this time no matter what the outcome
I was sending her jennet home and this time we bred her to our spotted herd sire, Indy.
Of course I was praying for a spotted jannet but we never dreamed that she would foal a
dark 'no light points' jennet and we are thrilled. Thanks to Brasstown
Brayers Farm for coming up with the perfect name for this little girl.
Update! We have kept Holly so long that we could
not part with her..thank you to Mary Hubbard for finally giving in and selling Charm's mom
to us!

We
still are not sure of what her color is but she entered our lives with a big splash! Her
grand sire is a dark sorrel so their is a possibility that she is a sorrel and white spot
or she may just be a reddish brown and white spot..but no matter what.....she is flashy
and she is unique and we love her!

and light spots.
