When Flo was owned by Wit's End Farm she foaled a beautiful dark jennet,
Wit's
End Dayle Rio, on 4/04/02, and on 4/19/03, she foaled another beautiful,
dark jennet, Wit's End Little Starburst.
After we purchased Flo Jo already in foal she delivered another very
dark brown little jennet on 7/15/04. Click here

Flo Jo has had three foals...all jennets!!
Flo Jo was allowed to rest until the following March and she was bred
to our black and white spotted herd sire, MGF
Primero, for a March 2006 foal.
Here is a photo
of Flo Jo taken on 3-13-06. Do you think we can safely say she is in
foal!! Might be twins in there! Check out the width between her front
legs ~ what a chest - we should have named her Mae West!
A big beautiful healthy boy arrived at 6am on 3/31/06. Mom and son are
doing great. He looks to be a dark brown with a smudge on his nose,
white belly, white inside ears, hardly any eyerings at all. He was up
and nursing within 5 minutes.

Flo Jo is bred to Napoleon
....expecting a September 19th, 2007 foal. She is a sweet jennet that
is easy to catch and handle. She measured around 34¾" tall on
3/06/07 and she has a slight broken crest. You can tell by the photos
taken today that there is no doubt she is heavy in foal. Flo has one
of the widest front ends I have ever seen on a donkey and she has a
nice round rear. She has a full sister with no light points. Flo Jo
was shown one time as a yearling at The Great Celebration Mule and Donkey
Show and placed 5th out of 14 jennets.
